Just for anglo-saxon speakers: It is VERY IMPORTANT to understand that this is a rare Sherry and you have to pay double. Second thing is this bottle MUST BE CONSUMED until 3 mounths after its bottling date (mine was on 27/04/2011).
Thinking I am not a usual suspect against fortified wines, truly recommended this one if you can find it (only 900 bottles production). Still Fino in style but closer to a Manzanilla nose. Pungent, gliceric, salty and delicious to the bone mouthfeel (pairing xl olives). Adore that extra when finish, lovely aftertaste. I am refering the Tío Pepe freshness. Well done González-Byass.
Bien hecho González-Byass.
