Frustrated, aborted, cancelled Diving / Buceo frustrado, abortado, cancelado

Excepting a nice snorkeling at Magen´s Bay, there were different reasons. At Luquillo (PR) lack of time; At Charlotte Amelie (AVI) cause traveling; At Road Town (BVI) Irene; At La Parguera cause there were not enough people to rent the boat even was a weekend.

I missed Rhone wreck and Parguera´s El Muro (The Wall) the most.
